The food arrived quickly hot and fresh, the service very good, and the bill for two $44 plus tip. Skipping the umbrella drinks we opted fir sweet tea that was really a bit too sweet. Everything on the platter was great: jerk chicken wings (that my wife thought were a little dry), empanadas (really good), coconut shrimp, conch fritters, and three different sauces that were all very good. The fish tacos were okay but the side of fruit and mango sorbet that came with them was eccellent. We ordered a large app platter and island fish tacos more than enough for two. We were seated quickly for lunch and were greeted by a very nice server who spent a bit too much time going over the lengthy menu and telling us her favorites. A large bar area featuring many island themed boatdrinks occupies the center of the space. large restaurant gives off a tourist oriented vibe. The Town Center location in Virginia Beach is conviently located and offers plenty of parking in a convoluted shopping center parking lot.
